Please read the pamphlet "The AA Group" pages 10 & 11.  Please also read Warranty 6 of Concept 12 in "The AA Service Manual" for clarity on groups/meetings of this type.  Please remember, making the statement "Well, I know if I went to a meeting and they turned me away..." is called contempt prior to investigation...  if you didn't go to that meeting, then you were not turned away!  Please remember Middleton Group Rule #62 and avail yourself of a sponsor or other person educated in AA concepts and traditions if you have other experience in this matter or if you have any further questions.
